After 2 weeks of no updates in the Shopify app about shipping I email multiple days in a row trying to get tracking information. After another 2 weeks I get an apologetic response that promised shipping inside of 3 days - which didn’t happen.
2 more weeks go by and the light does arrive (7 weeks total).
We install the light, and the switch is not working properly. I can’t get information. The best I can do file a Shopify return and leave a bad review to warn other people.
This feels like a 2005 side hustle run by a 16 year old adolescent. They clearly take your money, buy the parts from China, repackage them and send them out.
Is it too much to ask to clearly communicate the 6-8 week expectation and give me the choice to choose another vendor, instead of letting me expect 2026 e-commerce culture and have to complain about your product and service?
Vary easy to put on didn’t use many of the main parts had to use some from the bike from the old headlight was so very, very easy to put on works very well
The x3 plug n play Baja light is so good, my old light couldn’t turn off but these lights switch on and off. Plus the light is so much brighter than any light I’ve had on my bike.
Nice headlight for the price. Wish the shipping would have been faster. The add is misleading when it says will ship within 3-7 days but then after you place the order a little note pops up saying may take up to 3 months to ship. Fortunately it was just shy of a month, but a lot longer than it shows when you’re looking to order it.
Although it took a little while to receive the item ordered. I have to say that this light is very bright. i love it. it was much needed as the original light was not as bright. i purchased a replacement from another place that did not work out. However, this one i am very satisfied with. it covers a large range.
