Refund policy
Before the item has shipped:
If your item has not yet shipped, you may get a full refund and cancelation for any reason
Once the item has shipped:
No refunds or returns can happen when the item is in transit, unless you dont recieve your item after 2 weeks of it being shipped (not 2 weeks of you ordering it). In which case you can text or email us to figure our a solution.
Once you recieve the item:
Once you recieve the item, you may return the item for the following reasons, item came broken, item damaged, item does not work, or item was not what you ordered. Please text or email to request a return.
You must request a return within 14 days of recieving your item, with exceptions if you're out of town
